Many studies have been showing us that fast food is actually really bad for our health. But nope, we never listen, the taste is so good that it makes us to go back again and again to these fast food restaurants.

Here is some information from real employee in reddit who shared what items you should never order and why which will make you throw up.

You might even give up fast food and eat healthy!

  1. Never order from the ‘secret menu’

It won’t get made properly because the workers hate it!

‘Anything off of the “Hidden Menu.” Most people working don’t know how to make it and you’ll probably just receive a giant glob of assorted ingredients on a bun.’ – rps_killerwhale

‘DON’T order anything off of the “Secret Starbucks Menu” like Butter beer frappe or shit like that. We don’t know how to make them! That’s pure made up stuff that customers have figured out taste like a special something. And don’t get mad at us when we don’t know, it’s not on the menu.’ – miss0tique

2. Don’t Order poached eggs from Wetherspoons

‘My friend used to work at Wetherspoons (UK pub chain) and you NEVER want to eat their poached eggs, they come in a plastic cup and they just are popped out and microwaved. Pretty much anything in Wetherspoons is just microwaved crap other than the fish, which she was there some nights breading until 3am.’ – adapech

  1. McDonald’s nuggets and shakes. Never!

‘Recently left McDonald’s after a year’s work there, don’t buy nuggets or shakes.’ – sexybethany

4. Never order McDonald’s after 10pm

All kinds of funny business goes down.

‘I wouldn’t order from McDonald’s after ten pm. We had a restroom where the sink was outside of the door. At night management counts money and does paperwork, so it is pretty much anarchy. Anyway, several people would use the restroom without washing their hands or putting on gloves and then make food. Or pick food off the floor and serve it. I’ve seen some bad shit back in my time at McDonalds on the late shift.’ – The_Pastry_Dragon
