Damac will be launching a 31-storey tower in Lusail City next week. Damac properties is a leading luxury real estate developer in the region. The Burj Damac Seaviews will consist of luxury furnished and serviced apartments and townhouses located at the beachfront in Lusail City.
The apartments will be on sale on May 24 in Doha at Damac sales office, Building 90, Ali bin Abi Talib Street, from 10am to 10pm, with a starting price of QR2.5mn.
“Located in the Marina District of Lusail City, described as an ideal destination to visit, live, work and do business, Burj Damac Seaviews represents an ideal investment destination nestled by the fabled waters of the Arabian Gulf, Qatar’s proud past,” according to a statement.
“Today, the country takes its well-earned place as one of the most enterprising nations in the Middle East and a destination of desire for investors. This stunning transformation has been inspired by a vision to create a new benchmark of excellence.”
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties said: “Lusail City represents the centre of Qatar’s future. From this point, we are bringing to the country yet another development that will raise the bar of its hospitality sector. In addition to the premium location and spectacular sea views this project offers, investors can enjoy the option to become part of our rental pool. This means that they can earn rental income from their property when they are not staying there themselves.”
The country expects to welcome more than 7mn leisure and business travellers annually and the hotel accommodation supply will likely increase by 56000 units.
From soothing the mind with long walks on the beach to feeling the gentle waves crashing at one’s feet, Burj Damac Seaviews presents a slice of paradise. Elegantly designed, the décor of each room will allow people to relax in the lap of luxury, while the two-bedroom townhouses facing the sea side will provide private access to the seashore.
Damac properties is developing another two high rise projects – Burj Damac Marina and Burj Damac Waterfront. Interestingly, these two will also be in Lusail City.
Lusail is country’s newest planned city which stretches over 35km and will accommodate 250000 people. The city will have marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities including two golf courses and an entertainment district.
The Marina District at the southern end of Lusail is considered to be most attractive and appealing part of the city.
