Take A Look At HMC’s Working Hours During Ramadan

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has revealed its operating hours during the holy month. However, emergency services throughout HMC’s network of hospitals will operate as usual 24/7.

Hamad General Hospital casualty clinics will operate from 8am to 1pm during the day and 8.30pm to 11.30pm in the evenings, Sunday to Thursday. The main Outpatient Department (OPD) pharmacy situated on the ground floor will open from 8am to 10.30am and from 8.30pm to midnight, Sunday to Thursday.

Women’s Hospital OPD will be open from 8am to 1pm and in the evening from 7.30pm to 10.30 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

The OPD pharmacy will operate on the same timings.

Al Wakra Hospital OPD will be work from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday. The Dental Clinic will open from 8am to 1pm and from 8 pm to 11pm, Sunday to Thursday. The obstetrics /Gynecology Clinic will operate from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday. The pharmacy will be open from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Communicable Disease Center OPD clinics will be operational from 8am to 5pm, Sunday to Wednesday. On Thursdays, services will be available only from 8am to 1pm. The supporting services like pharmacy, radiology and laboratory will be accessible during OPD operating times. Qatar Rehabilitation Institute OPD clinics will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Pharmacy hours are from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday.

There will be no change to OPD clinic and pharmacy timings and both will be open to patients from 7.15am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday at the Cuban Hospital.  The OPD dental services will operate in accordance with appointments.

Heart Hospital OPD clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and there will be no evening clinics throughout Ramadan. The OPD pharmacy will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 11am to 4pm on weekends.

Al Khor Hospital OPD clinics will be available from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and there will be no evening clinics. The pharmacy will be open from 7am to 3pm in the main OPD and from 7am to 11pm at the Pediatric Emergency Center.

Rumailah Hospital OPD clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Pharmacy hours are from 8am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday.

At Hamad Dental Center, Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry Clinics will be open from 8am to 4pm and endodontic, periodontics, prosthodontics and dental, diagnostic services will operate from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. Clinics will be open from 8.30pm to 11.30pm during the evenings, Sunday to Thursday.

OPD clinics at National Center for Cancer Care and Research will open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and evening clinics on Mondays between 8.30pm to 11.30pm. The pharmacy will open from 8am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday.

The OPD and the pharmacy at the Mental Health Services will open from 8am to 1pm and evening clinics will run from 8.30pm to 11.30pm at Hamad General Hospital on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

The Referral and Booking Management System will operate from 7am to 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Referrals for professional services will be collected as usual from centres throughout Doha.

Nesma’ak Customer Care will operate from 7am to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 10am to 4pm on Friday and Saturday. Patients could procure any information by calling on 16060 during these times to inquire about or change their appointment.

Nesma’ak will continue to make reminder calls to patients with regard to their appointments and also send text message reminders to patients during Ramadan.
