Strange!! Parents Approach Court To Send Their Stubborn 30-Year-Old Son Out Of The House
It’s not everyday that you see parents looking for help from court to get rid of their son. After all parents always love to live with their kids. However, this case is a bit different and parents thought they have had enough from their son, who was dragged to the court.
The son was told to vacate the house after his parents brought matters to the court to have him evicted from home. Apparently, he was not helping in household chores and also did nothing to support financially.
Michael Rotondo refused to move out despite being 30 already and the parents had no other go but approach court. The Rotondo couple have been trying to send their son out, but nothing worked out in their favour.
They even offered him $1,100 so he that he could find a place of his own and also tried to help him look for a job in spite of his poor job history.
Meanwhile, Michael defended himself in the court by saying that he was never expected to contribute to expenses or to help with chores at his parents’ home. However, New York State Court Judge Donald Greenwood agreed with Mark and Christina and ordered Michael to vacate the house immediately.
Interestingly, the son has still managed to defend himself and is not ashamed of all the developments. He said that he was not happy with the judgement and would appeal the ruling.
Michael said in an interview, that his focus on fatherhood is the reason why he could not work. But, it has been revealed that he has already lost his visitation rights to his kid.
“I’ve been a father for the past few years. That’s what I’ve been doing. I really haven’t been pursuing a career… that’s why I’m not the CEO of a big company. That’s why I’m living with my parents still,” he said.
